1. Agreement to the Terms

By accessing or using YoomaClient, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required by your local law) to use YoomaClient. By creating an account, you represent that you meet the eligibility requirements and are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or a security incident.

• Keep your login details confidential and unique.
• Use the in-app security options to protect your profile.
• Account recovery is available only if the account is linked to the official Telegram bot (@yoomacl2fa_bot). Password resets are performed through the authorization form.
• We reserve the right to permanently disable an account if an administrator reasonably believes it was compromised or transferred without authorization.
• We may request additional verification or temporarily restrict access to protect your account and confirm ownership.
• Security events may require revoking active sessions, resetting credentials, or re-linking security factors.
• We may suspend accounts showing suspicious activity.

4. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use YoomaClient for personal, lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our software unless explicitly permitted by law.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Paid plans may be billed on a recurring basis. Prices, taxes, and payment methods are shown before you complete a purchase. Refunds are handled according to the product-specific policy displayed at checkout.

6. Prohibited Activities

When using YoomaClient, you agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Disrupt or attempt to compromise our infrastructure or security.
• Share, resell, or distribute access without written permission.
• Have any involvement in hacking or compromising MintAntiLeak clients. If detected, your HWID (hardware device identifier) will be permanently blocked in the global MintAntiLeak authorization system.
• Run or keep active reverse-engineering tools or development environments (for example: IDA, Ghidra, x64dbg, Cheat Engine, OllyDbg, dnSpy, VS Code, Visual Studio, IntelliJ IDEA, and similar tools) while using the client.

Detection of such tools results in automatic suspension of your account and device identifier. Decisions made by automated systems are final and not subject to appeal.

7. Service Availability and Changes

We work to keep YoomaClient available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

YoomaClient is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or engage in prohibited activity. You may stop using YoomaClient at any time.
